I was skeptical at first and thought it wouldn’t perform like it shows on the ads. But wow I did 30 minutes of jump rope and once I took it off I was drenched in sweat. This waist trainer is amazing! I use the belt for 30-45 mins per day during my workouts and in my first two weeks my stomach was already looking a lot more toned and it actually shed one inch off my waist! My weight-loss started over two years ago with my old copper belt, eating clean and hitting the gym 5 days a week for two hours. For reference Im 57 and 175 lbs. Medium fits a tad snug but not enough to be uncomfortable. I wanted to work that down and with this new model with different levels of tightness Im going to make it happen.

This product actually works! My workouts are intense and with this product helps me sweat so much. I have never sweat so much in my life before. I bought my first one a year ago and just bought a smaller one, so It does work. I went from a size XL and now I am a L. Cant wait to go down to a M.

Okay let me start out by saying the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I got a small and it's a little loose. So wish it was a little more snug.Now as for making you sweat!!! YES it does. Even when I was just sitting outside watching baseball practice. My stomach is somewhat flat but I do have love handles and had been noticing that my stomach had this crepe look or cellulite..I received this and put it on Immediately and wore it all day while I did my chores I did this 3 days in a row and the crepeness was nearly gone. Now I have the stuff called sweet heat and hot cream that used with this..so basically rubbed it on and then put on the vast. I think with the mixture of both it took care of my problem. I intend on ordering the pants as soon as they get them in stock for the cellulite all my butt.
