I was skeptical at first and thought it wouldn’t perform like it shows on the ads. But wow I did 30 minutes of jump rope and once I took it off I was drenched in sweat. This waist trainer is amazing! I use the belt for 30-45 mins per day during my workouts and in my first two weeks my stomach was already looking a lot more toned and it actually shed one inch off my waist! Comfortable & slimming!
Love these copperslim pants. I run in these and my legs have toned down. Very comfortable and my buns look great in them. Tight and slim. Love that theyre high-waisted!

Very comfortable and fits true to size, but noisy
These are super comfortable and flattering! I love that they are true to size, and I can enjoy my workouts being comfortable. I already feel motivated when I put them on and am excited to get some workouts in. As a work from home mom, I try to stay as active as I can, plus I chase a toddler all day. I recommend these, however, the one thing I wish they didn't make a 'Swoosh' sound when I move. I don't know If I would wear them in public as they are too loud for me. But they are perfect for at home use.

These work fantastically!
I can honestly say that I don't normally sweat, even in the hottest conditions; I put these on and walked around at a festival for a couple hours in 90 degree heat and almost instantly started to sweat! I was very surprised because it normally takes SO much for my body to even think about sweating and these made all of the difference! They fit me perfectly too and 5'1 & 118lbs.
