Worked well for me when taken in the morning with a full glass of water. For the most part it curbed my appetite, however on occasion there are days where I want to eat more. I will continue to use the product as it helped more days than not.

I have been taking one every morning and sometimes in the evening. It seems to make me not so hungry, but I cant tell how big of a difference it makes because I have cut down on my food portions and started drinking a meal replacement shake for breakfast. So far with this product though I havent felt jittery or extra hungry.
