Runs small but it works
Love this product! I just had my second baby and the arm flab seems to be the last to go. I slip these babies on while I workout and they make my arms sweat so much!! I love the boost it gives my workouts, and they are so flexible - I forget I'm wearing them!
The items are good and you do sweat more than usual when exercising or being active thru out the day.
What I dislike is the waist trainer did not fit as imagined cause it goes up in the back
